These startups are looking to hire a local workforce, but a stark difference exists between the skills employers look for and the skills Nigerian applicants have when they graduate from universities.

This study undertakes an exploration of various neighborhood-level characteristics that conceivably influence the spatial arrangement of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and subsidized housing within San Francisco County.
